The scan analyzes your face using over 30 facial ratios. Landmark detection runs directly on your device. Images stay locally on your iPhone — only the numerical results (scores, metrics) are securely stored in the cloud and used for personal self-care and improvement features only.
Your photos stay exclusively on your device and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Only the derived results (scores, metrics) are stored securely and encrypted. They are not used for marketing, advertising, or AI training. You confirm in the app that you only use your own photos or photos with explicit permission. You can delete your data at any time.
Go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. There you can change or cancel your LooksLab subscription. Premium features on iOS are unlocked exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases.
Go to Settings in the app → "Restore Purchases". Your active subscriptions will be restored automatically.
Go to Settings in the app → "Delete Account". All your data will be permanently deleted. Alternatively, you can contact us via email.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in, or contact us.
Yes, to prevent misuse there are daily limits: 50 chat messages, 10 analyses per type (Skin/Teeth/Hair), and 20 task generations per day. Limits reset after 24 hours.
Currently LooksLab is only available for iPhone. An Android version is planned for the future.
